We are delighted that you have decided to purchase our system.
To get going we need you to agree to our terms and conditions and enter an agreement on the phone number that you will use.
Pricing per user starts at €6.99 per user licence alongside a €3 unlimited call bundle.
How will I be charged?
Our charges are monthly in advance. This covers most national calls, but you need to pay for premium rate calls and international calls.
We take a deposit for these calls at the start of the month and then charge you the actual amount that you use that month. Effectively topping up the deposit balance to the original amount.
Make sure that the deposit covers the amount you use as the system will not make any international and premium rate calls once you have spent more than the amount that you deposit.
There are three different price points depending on the length of the contract that you take out.
Can I use my existing phone number?
In short – Yes!
If you want to port a number onto the system (transfer your own number to the system) you should allow a couple of weeks while the number is moved at the phone exchange level (this is outside of our control).
Where can I get compatible desk phones?
You can order desk phones and other peripherals from us as you require.
